TMG Voicemail and Email Out-of-Office Message Scripts

With the start of a new year, this is a great time to update your TMG voicemail and email out-of-office message scripts. If you have not already received communication from your Supervisor about these scripts (SDPC staff should already have scripts in place), we are requesting that you update your messages to the following:

TMG Telephone Voicemail Message Script (including TMG-issued mobile phones):

Hi, this is <name> at TMG.  I’m sorry I can’t take your call right now, but I will get back to you within 24 hours.  After the tone, please leave me your name, message and the best phone number and time for me to get back in touch with you.  Thank you for calling, and I look forward to talking with you personally.

TMG Email Out-of-Office Message Script

I am currently out of the office with <limited or no> access to email.  I will return to the office on <date> and will respond to your email within 24 hours.  If your need is urgent, please contact <name> at <phone #> or <email>.
