By: Philip Temme, Clerical Assistant

Courtney Ingman started at TMG on July 29, 2013 as a Quality Services Specialist on the Waiver Quality team. The Waiver Quality team is in charge of reviewing and approving new applications, annual recertifications, and home modifications for the Legacy Waiver (COP-W/CIP-ll) counties as part of its quality assurance and improvement activities. The team also conducts onsite record reviews and goes on home visits in legacy waiver counties. In addition, the Waiver Quality team provides quality assurance and improvement services to the statewide Children’s Long Term Support Waiver program, including conducting on-site record reviews.

Courtney went to school at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Some of her favorite activities are spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and playing with her son. Courtney lives in Marshall, Wisconsin with her husband Jim, eighteen-month-old son Cooper, and dog Rudy (a very spoiled German shorthaired pointer). Her favorite thing about working at TMG is the friendly, motivated staff and knowing that the work she does makes a difference in the lives of people who need it most. Another fun fact about Courtney is she enjoys traveling. Some of her favorite places that she has traveled to include: Ireland, Scotland, Key West, Florida, and Crater Lake National Park in Oregon.
