More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I believe communication is the key to clearing the path ahead. Being an attentive listener, actively engaging my partners, and establishing boundaries is how I promote a successful partnership with you.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working one-on-one with each of the individuals I partner with. I am grateful that I get to actively be involved with them and see the progress they make throughout the years.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have worked as an Employment Training Specialist for a non-profit organization, where I advocated and trained adults with disabilities for job readiness. I believe that all individuals have the ability to work, and therefore I seek to enhance their home and work environments in order to make obtaining employment a possibility. I have learned to seek out resources in the community to assist with transportation, housing, and supported living. I've learned to take a holistic approach by ensuring that factors that can prevent an individual from working are minimized.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy picking up a book and reading. On days with nice weather, I like to go on nature hikes.
