More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering with people in this area means being a support system in allowing individuals to discover what their goals and future looks like for them. I work with the people I partner with to find resources and different ways to achieve the things they find important and value in their life.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is being able to spend my day with people and seeing them have control over their choices in life. It is rewarding to see others doing well and thriving based on their own decisions and plan.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My hands on experience is really what prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant. I had the opportunity to work with children in a residential treatment center, adults with disabilities in the community and group homes, as well as in the criminal justice system. I have learned over the years that everyone's story is different and we need to be mindful and respectful of everyone's past experiences.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I have two young childre who keep me on my toes daily! I like to be outside when it is nice out.
