More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering, to me, means learning about you and your goals, and helping you find strategies to help meet your outcomes in the most cost-effective manner possible.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I like that our program is focused on self-direction and self-determination. It's important that the services on your plan are there to help you meet your own individual needs. Helping people have the most effective plan is rewarding and challenging.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working at Community Health Partnership for many years helped me to learn about Medicaid programs and how to develop service plans with individuals. I have learned the importance of being a good listener.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy outdoor activities in good weather; walking, biking, yardwork, travelling. I enjoy and value my time with family and friends.
