How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people to find out what their goals are and how to get those goals met. Once we figure out what the needs are, we work together to get those needs met as efficiently as possible.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is working directly with the individuals in IRIS. I enjoy getting to know people and their families. It's a pleasure to be a part of the self-direction process and help individuals both obtain and maintain their independence.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I believe my experience working with a variety of people in numerous settings has helped prepare me to become an IRIS Consultant. I enjoy helping people and working with them to find solutions.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and being active outdoors.
