How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Having lived and worked in the area most of my life, I am very familiar with many of the supports and services that are available. I love working with people and partnering with them to create the type of life that they desire.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is getting to know the people I partner with and their families. I enjoy learning about their life and experiences and combining that with the knowledge that I have to help people create the type of life that they desire to live.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Having worked in the field of long term care for several years, I am very familiar with how to assist people in navigating this system. My experience in other areas of Human Services allow me to assist people with many aspects of their life to create a comprehensive plan to address their needs. I also have experience on a personal level, with family members, who utilized the long term care system.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, watching football, NASCAR and dirt track racing as well as scrap booking and reading.
