How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
When partnering with people to clear the path ahead, it is important to have strong communication with one another. This is important so that I can get a complete understanding of your goals for living an independent life. I will then provide you with the tools and resources you need to reach those goals.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to work with individuals in their home, where they are most comfortable discussing their goals and aspirations. I also enjoy being able to work remotely. This gives me the opportunity to work in an environment that best suits me.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
All of my previous work experiences have prepared me to become a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. My most recent work experience with Caravel Autism Health has given me many tools that will help with this position.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks with my dog, and going to dinner with friends.
